The Signature Dish of our Times

Dog Poet Transmitting.......

May your noses always be cold and wet.

Cultural blog; Okay... let’s talk about culture. I watch people. It’s what I do, besides everything else (grin). I regularly go to public baths where there are saunas, steam, mineral hot soaks, pools and all kinds of cool things. I would have to say that I am at my happiest and most contented when I am there. I feel an almost timeless quality. Sometimes I imagine I am in an ancient culture. Sometimes I will read a book between sessions and I find I am always able to concentrate better there so, sometimes I will bring a notebook too. This is not about my appreciation of European Therme however. This is about my studying people.

I can always tell if someone is French or German because though the men might be aware of the women there and... some attractive women do attend, the Germans are very good at concealing their interest. The French are not. I know enough of the language to be able to tell what they are talking about and sometimes they are pretty graphic; real men of the world. I watch films from different cultures and they have their ways of dealing differently with the subject of sex. Right now I’m watching a really good French series, “Engrenages” or “Spiral” as it is titled in English. Sex is such a casual thing with them. It’s taken for granted that everyone and anyone engages whenever, regardless of things like marital or age restrictions. That’s not all of them but it is prevalent.

It’s widespread all over the planet these days as the signature dish of the times. This is due to the relentless promotion of it through every form of media and also due to invisible morphing taking place from the unseen planes. The Zionists and Satanists are looking to blur the margins between any and all distinctions. Their basic intent is to reduce humanity to full time engagement in basic appetites, while sucking them into as many variations and depravities as they can manage to effect. They are at this agenda all of the time and there is no question about the truth of this. There is no alternative explanation. What this means is that they take their marching orders from the Prince of Darkness. This should come as no surprise to them as it comes as no surprise to us. It will probably be a big surprise to those presently enthralled by the whole affair; sucking the wind of inspiration from the farts out of the belly of the beast and getting all swoony and intoxicated as if it were some distilled aromatic essence of Ambrosia. One would indeed have to be intoxicated to think so. Then again, there’s no accounting for taste.

So, what we have is conditioned cultures, which are being shaped the way a pot or a vase is shaped on a potter’s wheel. How they do that is to gear all of the entertainment and media to particular zones in which certain appetites and desires are stimulated. All of the advertising is, all of the TV and movie plots are, all of the commercial literature (literature hah!) is. Now softly, softly and ever so slow they insinuate the sexing up of children nearly as soon as they can walk. They’re after that Jon Benet, Toddlers and Tiaras action. Most importantly, if they can gear the minds of the susceptible toward being attracted in that direction, they can seriously degrade and pervert the human spirit.

This is also being effected by the proliferation of certain drugs, which operate in concert with the lyrical direction of the music industry. Hey! It’s got a good beat and you can dance to it! I know I sound like I’m with some Christian standard’s org but I’m no prude; poets can ill afford to be. However, the ruination of hundreds of thousands and possibly millions of lives does concern me. I don’t know why. It just does. ♫Coming in on a wing and a prayer♫

See... as has often been stated here, the whole universe is one big sex act and just about anything that happens is connected to sex in one way or another, indirectly, subliminally, whatever, so... if ‘they’ can turn the world into a Satanic bacchanal well... that’s what they are after, after all.

Mr. Apocalypse is really pushing people’s buttons. It’s past time for all of us to make ourselves aware, if we are not already, that the pressure of uncovering and revealing is just going to increase and increase and increase. I recommend countering this by focusing on the divine at all times insofar as you are able to manage to remember to do this. Like it says in the song:

♫ Have pity on those whose chances grow thinner
For there is no hiding place against the kingdoms throne ♫

Thing is, the kingdom throne is precipitating down and the time will come when everyone is going to be able to feel it. Not everyone will see it, of course, but its presence will be felt. One of the reasons the evil shitz among us are stooping to ever and ever greater depravities is because they know their time is short and their master knows it a lot better than they do, so they are being whipped and driven to ever greater abuses and offenses. It’s sort of like, “get your licks in while you can’.

There is a reason why we pity them. We pity them because, there but for fortune goes you and I. We don’t know how and why they were trapped into what they do. For some, they were always inclined that way. For some it was a matter of all sorts of unfortunate circumstances coming together. For some, who knows... almas perdidas? I realize I write in a certain style and I am definitely, without apology, accusatory to a degree but I've no real hate or thirst for vengeance. I recognize that these things are out of my hands and that there is a great deal I don’t know and perhaps will never know. I have to keep that in mind.

The thing to remember is that it’s getting tense and it is easy to get swept up, if you have no anchor. I am always reminded of that parable about the ones who built their house on the sand. I think about it as being what people base their lives on; what they live their lives according to. It always comes down to that.

It is the strangest thing that so many people do not get this; how you live your life. How you live your life and according to what. It makes all the difference in everything that follows. The good news is that you can start at any point. Where there is life there is hope. I’m also reminded about the parable of the 99 sheep that have been secured and the shepherd’s major concern and persistent search for that last missing sheep. They got parables for everything, don’t they?

The thing about time getting short is that even when it should be obvious that conditions and events are a serious indication of that, this doesn't register either a lot of the time. I’m mystified and not mystified and I guess we’ll have to leave it at that.

End Transmission.......

There will be a radio broadcast this evening at the usual time, whenever that is*.

Synchronicity here Vis. Just saw the film "Inside Llewyn Davis". . . Barf!! It was so bad. Completely missed the tone of that time-and-place back east. Humorless, joyless, visionless, self-absorbed, negative, dull, dreary. Even the cinematography was ugly and without imagination or esthetic. No signs of the passion and creativity that spread like a wildfire in Greemwich Village in the late sixties. No sense of the exceptional song-writing that surfaced during that period. No sense of challenging the status-quo or offering a better or innovative way; only a guy intent on getting a gig, and a selfish guy at that. I would NEVER buy his (less than mediocre) record!! And not one genuine relationship in the mix. Just put-downs and rejections of each other. Yeah, like all of us he had some hardships, but he spit on those who offered any genuine help or kindness. This is a mega Coen brothers fail, much like Merly Streep's last movie, "August: Osage County." Both were empty offerings seemingly intent on making us (humans) look isolated and incapable, like ignorant, disempowered victims. Maybe these film-makers were trying to depict a struggling segment of society at its wits end trying to find its place in the world, but no offering came in terms of solution or breakthrough. Nothing. Just a dystopic, egomaniacal tromp through a hostile world. All this in spite of the fact that there have been Oscar whispers about both these movies. I fully hated them both!! Those Oscar whispers exploited me and got me to buy a ticket. They took my time, money, and energy and gave back only a void of ugliness.

Well, just had to tell somebody. Grrrrrrr................... And one positive note. . . I come away from productions like this saying to myself:  "Those people make us look good. I mean in comparison to them we are on our feet in terms of being wholesome and decent." Nobody's perfect but we are so much better than what a certain segment of Hollywood would have us believe. Up the human!! Were it not for him and her we wouldn't even be here.

Nice to know I'm not the only 'button pusher' around here. ;O)

I must admit I also know it can end every day, and am living as nihilistically as possible. For me, that is surfing the web all day when I'm not doing what's absolutely necessary (About 8 hours a week is obligated to shopping, clean-up, plant care and demigod (cat) care.) weekend walks, and gourmet chow that I threw together. Just hope it all runs out before the money does, but hey. It's looking good.

Dear Vis,

Your advice today becomes more important all the time. On point as always, thanks.

The grandiose email you received and posted recently at Smoking Mirrors prompted me to point this out:

Some believe that nefarious ones have long been scheming to engineer a world-wide second coming event - a spiritual false flag of smoke & mirrors writ so large, as it were, that it will put previous mass mind control events to shame; this fancy stage show (scroll down to "Another Christ") will convince the lost and the weak-minded that the pentecost has arrived in a concrete, physical second coming.

Thank you again for always reminding us that the change comes about in the spirit.

I saw both of those films and I thought them both empty and without substance or value. The Llewellyn film was horrid and all these people were raving about it. It was a real piece of shit. I don't know what the intent was.

Hear, hear galen - More and more acclaimed movies and tv shows present us as little more than domesticated primates. Up the human!

Thanks for the movie tips

Viz (Pointman),

Thank you for your words. Very wonderful song, Viz. Is that you on pedal steel? Love that instrument.

Buttons, bwahahaha: "demigod (cat) care." So true, so true.

USA - I never lose the fear even though I don't believe in fear. The Man said, "Fear not." I try but there it is anyway. So many are uninformed, bizarre, unreliable, vicious liars. Straight up madness rampant.

Hi Vis,

I believe the saying is build your house upon the rock and not upon the sand. The sand is lies and the rock is truth. One should build their civilisation based on truth (rock) snd not lies (sand), because as we all know sand gives way underfoot just as lies give way under scrutiny.

Cheers Kazz

(Thank you for your recent posting at the last Petri Dish.)

Synchronicity again! You wrote, "Some believe that nefarious ones have long been scheming to engineer a world-wide second coming event - a spiritual false flag of smoke & mirrors..."

I tend to agree that this is one of the 'bad guys' final options, as people wake up to what has been going on. I see the growing 'chaos' as deliberately-engineered (I hate to use that word in this manner) to promote the call for a 'savior'. Problem-Reaction-Solution, as David Icke popularized the term.

In that regard, I literally just wrote a 'synopsis' on the background to this. However the details go down, this ancient-yearning will be at the 'core' of the proceedings. Once a person is aware of the deep 'need' being targeted, they have a chance of not being entrapped. A choice of Inside or Outside, as I said in the article...

---

Vis: "Their basic intent is to reduce humanity to full time engagement in basic appetites..."

Although I am not an expert in music, I often 'watch' which chakra (or chakras) is being targeted in a musical piece. From that, I can derive the intent (i.e., 'appetite' to be stimulated). Music which only cycles in the lower chakras corresponds to your quote. (Most rap music only targets the the lower two chakras, for instance.) Interestingly, music that only cycles in the upper chakras comes across as remote or un-engaging.

The music I point out to people as a 'training piece' in this regard is Pachebel's "Canon in D" (pick the version that most appeals to you). In addition to being a beautiful, energizing, and healing piece (or perhaps as a result of), it methodically 'sweeps' through most of the chakras. Probably the best one I've found so far.

Just sit with the piece, and place your consciousness on your body. (Read up on where the chakras are located.) After some repetitions, you will notice a part of your body is responding to a given chord or section. That is the chakra which is being 'addressed' in that time. Note the 'feeling' for later comparison.

Most enlightening, and good training for sorting out the 'intent' of other pieces...

Best Wishes,
Ray B.

@ anon 11.10 .....

Regarding losing 'the fear' . ....... a little mantra someone very close taught me just the other day -that will certainly help in that direction is:

'let it be - but don't be it'

Whenever we feel inclined to judge others/situations then it pays to consider that they are more often than not unaware of our judging. Therefor it is only ourselfs that 'feel' the negative emotions.

So whenever inclined to judge simply think:

'let it be - but don't be it'

As Visible so often repeats (for the prupose of demonstration :) 'everything is for the purpose of demonstration'.

Anon @ 11:10

It took me a long time to realize, that FEAR is is a good thing.

It is absolutely not macho of course, but it can keep you alive. It's a potent motivator to plan and make changes. Depending on who and what you are, being alive can be better for the world (and your family) than being dead or incarcerated.

Being "fearless" with a family and children is reckless and irresponsible as THEIR lives are endangered as well, unless you think they are your possession or property, risking their lives at your whim. I won't go into details, history has ample proof of the (tragic) outcomes of such self-serving egoistic thinking and behavior.

I'm a rational being. Americans appear to have a cultural bias or disposition, that fight is better (and more manly) than flight. Of course, in a cold rational analysis it is just plain dumb, and is in fact in line with the popular saying: "Pick your battles".

I opted to leave the US. There are way too few of us who SEE clearly; if we'd fight, we'd be annihilated.

However, we'll be around (survived) when the great unwashed will be enlightened with the business end of the gun, that they'd been stupid and ignorant all this time. At that point if(!) they push back (at a great cost to their lives and property) and the enemy has been weakened or possibly destroyed by this resistance or just by the usual inevitable(!) plain rot and decay, then is the time to help, to return and rebuild.

A good current example was the Argentinian collapse in 2002, and how those who left in the beginning, were the best for the country (and for themselves) upon their return a few years later, when the economic shitstorm finally passed, leaving massive human and material damage behind.

Synchronicity:

I have been visualizing the impulsive child (mind) being groomed by the stoic gentleman (the higher self) and oh has it helped. Thank you Vis! But this is all about temperance is it not?

Today I listened to a local alternative radio program on African music and the host spoke slowly and deliberately about temperance.

In the last Smoking Mirrors you wrote about the card of Temperance.

This does not really happen to me or at least that I notice.

Seems I have turned a corner.

Thank you so very much for everything dear Vis.

I was about to post this, but then the comments section disappeared. I'll send it along to you seeing as it was written to you:

I studied film, worked in film production briefly, and went to most films that I wanted to see alone - everyone wanted Hollywood, and I wanted anything but. I haven't had a TV for years, and have generally stopped bothering with films, except for a few great recommendations I've found in posts on-line. The most recent was a French film called "La Belle Verte" with English subtitles: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p4Y85-rexgk
One of the comments says that it was banned in France and Russia, but I haven't verified that.

And there's much more enough sex on city billboards etc. without having to see it in just about every film/tv show. Years ago there was an tv program I saw that referred to research that showed that the chemical released in the brain when one has an orgasm is exactly the same as when one learns something new (clearly not learning the latest football score or .... ). To me this illustrates how easy it's been for them to destroy the education system while everyone's obsessed with sex/power crap. Day by day it just becomes more clear.

I've seen quite a few links to your blogs over at Rumormilnews CGI's Morgan: The Signature Dish of our Times - Dog Poet in the last couple of months :) , and I also came across this recently - I hope no one here is a prude:
Male Circumcision in the USA: A Human Rights Primer, by Rich Winkel, 5/12/05
I remember one of my professors was from Russia, and she talked about how circumcision was bad for men - but I never realized it could be this bad, nor can I remember what context she managed to bring that up in. I think the reduced sensation caused by circumcision is another major factor in this "can't get no satisfaction" culture.

Here's another guy who's no prude either, and he's certainly talking along the same lines, but a very different style - Mark Passio http://www.whatonearthishappening.com/videos I've spent a fair amount of time on the internet over the last 15 years, and there's definitely something shifting. I also feel very strongly that each of us, to the extent the s/he is awake, is contributing towards this whatever-it-is, .

Many thanks again, visible, for all you do.

With love and appreciation,

Anna

You're welcome. However, I do not share those views on circumcision. Not being circumcised leaves one far more vulnerable to various afflictions, is often the cause of premature ejaculation and requires much greater attention to hygiene, to name only a few of these things. Finally, I am circumcised and most grateful to my doctor for the excellent work he did (grin) and which I have had brought to my attention any number of times.

Fair enough. I have heard speculations regarding that part of the anatomy being responsible for some pheromone type communications. I know they used to say the procedure would prevent penis cancer back in the day, and now they say it is working to slow the spread of aids.

I don't think I could ever perform one myself after checking out some footage on youtube.... I honestly thought you might be messing with us.

I remember questioning my russian jewish friend years ago about it (before I had really progressed in any sort of understanding about the world - not that I know much now..) and it just never seemed kosher to me. I guess he said it was what made us different from animals. An act of sanctification. I don't know but it is a curious practice. Anyway, I'm not pretending to educate you on this subject at all - I'm sure you have heard the arguments.... just honestly surprised is all. Anyway thanks for your take. Brilliant writing as of late - it's an honor to witness. Thanks!

and yeah, it's been win win for me with the circumcision thing. I know some people are purists about this sort of thing. However, just what could I possibly do at this point anyway (grin). I like to stay with that glass mostly full thing cause, it's more than half full. I know that fucks up the intended meaning of half full, half empty but... so it goes.

I actually came across a study where men who had undergone the circumcision had reported an increase in sensitivity. Who knows how the outcome of the operation may differ in regards to an infant. The site that linked this study also referred to 'vaccine conspiracy theorists' when describing this modern circumcision mania. (!!?)

http://www.slate.com/articles/health_and_science/medical_examiner/2013/09/intactivists_online_a_fringe_group_turned_the_internet_against_circumcision.html

In any case, that response made me chuckle Visible. Point taken. I can see a T - shirt reading 'I blame my circumcision' I used to joke about that glass half full thing, - I would say that the glass is clearly more than half empty due to the tapered nature of the end holding the liquid. An illusion of sorts.
